Yahoo! NFL is Going to Celebrate Touchdowns in 2017-8

On Tuesday, the league announced it will relax its rules on touchdown celebrations.

 

Commissioner Goodell said via a letter sent to fans, the NFL wants to allow players “more room to have fun”.
