Colin Cowherd is a smart analyst – but he sometimes misses

the obvious.   His top 10 may seem reasonable – but how

does he explain leaving out these teams:

New England, Minnesota,  Dallas, Los Angeles Rams, Tennessee.

Also, the Buffalo Bills are loaded…
