We don’t really agree with the assessments in this video.  While these teams are unlikely to win more games than last year, it usually takes 2-3 seriously bad years  to go from “good” to “bad” in the NFL. The only team to really worry about in our opinion is Jacksonville with the weakest offense in the NFL and a horrible road record.
